Through my own experiences with food, I realized that I needed to eliminate Gluten from my diet if I was ever going to be the best me that I could be. It was not an easy process, but the important thing to understand is that it was a process, which means that it can be broken down and managed. You just need to know what to look for and how to keep making steps, which is what I did and can help you do.
